Lockerzが退会できないっ

Twitterでよく連携されている写真共有サービスの一つに「Lockerz」というのがある。
これは2010年5月頃に「tweetphoto」という名前でスタートしたサービスで、最初は「twitpic」とよく似たサービスだった。

それが2010年9月に「Plixi」と名前が変わり、今度はFacebookのIDでもログインできるようになった。
機能も増えていたように記憶している。確かLikeボタンとかがついたような…。

さらに2011年5月に「Lockerz」へと変わった。
今度はポイントサービスが追加された。評価等に応じてポイントが付与され、そのポイントで買物が出来る（賞品が当たる？）…という物らしい。
写真だけではなく、ビデオを見たり質問に答えるとポイントが貰えるというからTwitterでの画像共有がメインでないみたい。

わずか1年で2回も名前が変更された事になる（母体ごと変わってるのかもしれないが）。
変更される事前通知は多分無かったし事後説明も無かった。多分。
無料とは言え正直不安になった。特に海外のポイントサービスなんて使う気もないし、実際使ったとしたら住所とか教える事になるんだろうし。あとDMが来るようになった。

と、言うわけでユーザー登録解除をしようとサイトを見てみると…ない！退会するページがない！？
見つけられないだけかと思い「Lockerz　退会」で調べるとやはり退会ページはなく、運営にメールで申請しなくてはいけないらしい。

流れとしては
1.サポートにアカウント削除依頼メールを出す→2.サポートから返信されて来たメールをさらにそのまま返信→3.完了
との事なのでやってみる。
宛先：support@lockerz.com　件名：Delete my Lockerz accoun　でメール送信
すると、メールが返信されてくる。

最初にトライした時には、退会できたと思い込みこの段階で放置しておりました。
すると2,3日してもDMが届く。
これは失敗したと思い、もう一度同じようにメールし、返信した。が、再びDMが。

そして3回目、手を抜いてはいかんと退会メールを出した後の返信メールを機械翻訳にかけてみる。
…まぁ機械翻訳ですから意味がよくわからない。
推測するに2通目の返信メールで、退会理由を述べよと言う事かな？と当たりをつけ、
「Privacy concerns」や「Country can’t use Shop/Can’t use PTZ」を選んで返信してみた。

結果

未だにDMが来ます！！

誰か助けてっ！！

一応言い訳させて貰うと私は「Lockerz」というポイント制度のサービスに登録したわけではなく「tweetphoto」という写真共有サイトに登録したらこうなったわけで自分の意志は皆無と言っても良いと思う。ウウッ。
